I am a retired US Army veteran and the CEO & Founder of Life After Service Transitional Coaching LLC® and served my country in the Army National Guard as both a traditional National Guard Soldier and an Active Guard Reserve Soldier capacity. Since retirement from the military, I have earned several coaching certifications and credentials, including

• Professional Certified Coach (PCC) via the International Coaching Federation, 
• Certified Professional Coach (CPC), 
• Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP),
• COR.E Transition Dynamics Specialist (CTDS), and  
• Strategic Human Resources Leadership via Cornell University.

I am the Founder of Life After Service Transitional Coaching (LASTCo) and the course creator of Business Launch Prep School (BLPS), a startup program that builds a solid foundation for new business owners and those looking to relaunch. I aim to co-create a firm foundation, with BLPS’ 4 Foundational Pillars, to guide students towards time and money freedom and begin building a generational legacy.

In 2019, I developed the corporate division of LASTCo to serve the veteran-friendly organization in retaining its excellent veteran talent. The Triple-A Approach, three primary programs, was created to acclimate, advance, and align veterans to the employers for which they work. I assist organizations as they learn and implement new strategies to retain their veteran talent. I aim to enhance organizational readiness and retention by quickly and efficiently integrating veteran new hires into the workplace. In 2020, LASTCo entered government contracting on the local, state, and federal levels, providing training, speaking, coaching, and mentorship services to various sized organizations, specifically emphasizing professional development, leadership development, and HR consulting.
