I Love Jesus And The LGBT Community

I, like everyone else on this planet, am full of sin. So when it’s time to choose who I judge and cast aside because of their sin, I’m careful. First, the bible said it’s sinful to judge. Second, if I’m going to go again the word, I want to make sure it’s worth the punishment.

I choose not to judge or ostracize our non-binary family. They aren’t hurting me or anyone I know. So what if they love someone of the same or different sex. Not my problem. Their choices of who they love do not make victims of others.

Do you know what makes victims of others? Sex offenders, animal and human abusers of all kinds, serial killers, and just plain evil people. However, these very people are given excuses and second chances for redemption while the LGBT community is being treated poorly. Interesting.

At the end of the day, you don’t have to be part of the LGBT community to support their right to be treated with respect and dignity. You don’t have to understand their choices to understand that it’s their choice and they have the right to choices just as we have the right to make ours.

Before making judgments on someone else’s sin, reflect on your sin and remove the log out of your eye first. If they aren’t hurting your and yours let them be.

6 Top Factors When Choosing A Learning Platform

You’re looking for a learning platform for your signature program, but you don’t know where to start. Here are 6 factors you need to consider when making a choice.

1. Affordability. As a startup business owner, your coins are tight. So you have to be mindful of the investments you make. It’s not wise to go for expensive options until you have consistent revenue and cash flow to support them. Look at platforms that have free trials or free to start so you may test them out. Also, look at platforms that have learning platforms included in your fees.

Thinkific has a free plan that allows you to have 1 course. The upgrade is affordable and robust.
– Google Workspace has a learning platform included in its $18 a month membership.

2. Integrations. Choose a platform that allows you to integrate with other apps and payment gateways, including Zapier, seamlessly. You’ll need to attach your newsletter, payment gateways, and more to your learning platform. You need the platforms to have good relationships and be compatible for ease of use for both the client and you.

3. Support and customer service. Customer service and support are key. Many platforms have better customer service for paid members. However, many also have support groups. The support groups can be more helpful than the help desk. At the end of the day, you need to be able to reach out for help and get a response in a reasonable amount of time, as well as offer suggestions for updates.

4. Ease of use. The platform you use needs to be easy to set up, manage, and utilize from both the client and admin standpoint. Good platforms allow you to offer content in various ways, such as video, text, multimedia, quizzes, and so much more.

5. Reviews. Check out client reviews. If you see anything below a 4.0, look for better options. 5.0 is nearly impossible to find, but anywhere between 4.0 and 5.0 is good. The company works hard to offer competitive pricing, stays up with market trends, and cares about the client’s experience and needs.

6. Longevity. Choose a company you feel comfortable staying with for a while. Unless you are a proven sales ninja in the specific industry you are creating a course in; chances are it will take you some time to outgrow the platform you choose. So pick one that you can grow with. Moving platforms is necessary from time to time, and it is also a giant pain in the butt.

Let’s recap.

Look for affordability, integration capability, support and customer service, ease of use, client reviews, and longevity when considering your learning platform for your signature program.

10 Questions You Want Answered Before Your Discovery Call

It makes sense that you have any questions before you book a discovery call. Most people have the same questions on finance, time commitment, and legitimacy. I’m here to answer all of those questions and a few more.

  1. How do I know your program and services are legitimate?
  2. If I want to enroll in your program or services, but I can’t pay in full? I don’t require clients to pay in full. I offer the below payment options for all of my clients. The payment plan and FlexxBuy financing are the most utilized options and are easy to qualify for.
    • Full-Payment: If you choose to pay in full, you may receive a 10% incentive during check out. In other words, you will receive 10% off of your high-ticket service ($1,500 or more) when you pay.
    • 3 to 6-month Payment Plan: Clients may utilize our in-house payment plan system. This option includes a 17% finance charge, and auto draft is mandatory.
    • FlexxBuy Financing: Clients may also utilize FlexxBuy financing. The application is free and doesn’t affect your credit report until after making a lending choice. You may pay your loan off sooner to reduce your interest payment.
  3. I can do this on my own. You sure can. You can also waste tens of thousands of dollars on systems, programs, and practices you are not ready for or won’t serve you…. Think of it this way. You paid for a post-high school education so you could gain specialized skills in a particular field in order to make money faster than those who decided to only get a GED or diploma. Business Launch Prep School and my other services are the same concepts. Invest in getting help in specific skills so you can earn money a lot more soon than those who choose to do without the same skill set.
  4. I don’t care about making money. I just want to help people. You can’t service your clients at the level they deserve if you aren’t making enough money yourself. Packaging your services and pricing them appropriately isn’t about charging high rates to the highest payer. It’s about covering your operation costs, enhancing your knowledge with higher levels of training, covering opportunity costs, and offering systems and amenities to your clients that help them reach their highest potential. You can’t do that for free. If you run a non-profit, you still need to bring in money to support that. Grantors want to know that you can also sell your program to other donors.
  5. What if I don’t have time? Finding time to prioritize your dreams can be challenging. You’re working full time and taking care of your family. So it makes sense that you may feel overwhelmed with your schedule. God has placed an assignment on your heart. Allow me to help you with time management to start working on the assignment in your heart. If God gave you the vision, he would give you the time. So the question is whether you choose to take the time to put HIS vision into action.
  6. I want to pray on it. I understand entirely. God is my CEO and COO. I also know you’ve already prayed on it. You asked God to help you get your new coaching practice. You asked him to help you make enough money from your practice, so you could leave your exhausting 9-5 and serve HIM on a full-time basis. This may be the answer to your prayers. Before attending the meeting, ask God to provide you with confirmation that enrolling in Business Launch Prep School is according to HIS will. Ask him to remove all obstacles from your way so you can fulfill HIS vision and HIS will, then step back and watch him work. If your intuition feels good, follow it. God gave us intuition, and it never lies.
  7. What if I feel bad for taking the money from my family? Taking steps to improve your knowledge and skillset can not be taken away but built upon. When you are well equipped to help His clients, it not only serves God’s will, but it demonstrates to your children and grandchildren other ways they may serve God. It also helps you build healthier relationships with others because you happily fulfill your purpose in something you enjoy. You are not taking money from your family. You are investing in generational spiritual and financial wealth and legacy.
  8. How do I know I’ll be successful? Most of the time, when clients are not successful, it’s one of two reasons. Either the client didn’t apply themselves. OR the program didn’t provide the client enough support and accountability. The latter is more frequent than the first option in the high-ticket program because clients are more emotionally, financially, and mentally invested due to the program’s cost. Business Launch Prep School provides support and accountability via an exclusive online community to all program participants. Live and Elite students receive weekly group coaching and group session recordings, providing clients with an opportunity to receive personal attention from me. All members have the opportunity to enroll in additional private one-on-one coaching sessions with me at a special program cost. There are two things you can do to optimize your success. First, rely on the Lord to provide you with calm and strength when you are overwhelmed. Second, communicate. I can’t help you if I don’t know about the problem.
  9. What is your refund policy? There are no refunds. Due to the behind-the-scenes work and immediate access to my intellectual property, all funds are considered paid for services rendered. This is written clearly in the agreement that all clients review and agree to. Great care is taken to provide a professional, informative, and enjoyable experience for each person who chooses to work with me.
  10. Why do you have an application process? Not everyone is a good fit for my services, which is okay. There is a coach for everyone. The application helps me determine if it would be a good step for you or me. It’s only one step of the discovery process, but it saves both parties time. I will show you how to pre-qualify your leads when you enroll.
